You make content. You run a business. Let's get more out of both.
It's a weekly group call with me, plus feedback between calls. $500 a month. We look at what you've built, figure out what to fix first, and go do that.
You've built something. It's just not doing what you want yet.
Usually it's one of these:
You've got a following and it's not making much money.
You're working all the time and the business isn't growing.
You can see ten ways to grow and you're not really moving on any of them.
You're making money but you built yourself a job you can't leave.
You know you're capable of more and you can't tell what's in the way.
We pick one.
I've been where you are.
In 2018 I ran a personal branding and video agency. $80K months and $20K months, and I couldn't tell you why one became the other. I could see fifteen ways to grow and I was working on all of them.
What changed was getting clear on what I actually wanted, picking the one thing that deserved my attention, changing it, and watching what happened. I've run my business that way ever since. On myself first, then with other people.
A couple of mine:
That's what we do in the Lab. We look at the whole business and what you want from it. We figure out what deserves your attention first, which is usually the hard part. Then you make the change, we see what happened, and we decide what's next.
Choose. Ship. Review. Adjust.
"This has been one of the best investments I've ever made. I went from barely making any money on a new offer to $18K/mo in a few months."

"We went from making a few hundred thousand dollars in revenue to making millions."

"His strategies were simple, yet game changing for me. I booked 4X inbound leads from LinkedIn this week compared to what I did last month."

"Quentin changed my business overnight, and no that isn't an exaggeration. His ability to pinpoint opportunities is second to none."

These were 1:1 clients before the Lab existed. Same work. Group now.
What you get
Bring the half-built offer, the five directions, the numbers that don't make sense.
One private kickoff call
Just us. We go through what you've built and where your time's going. You leave knowing what to work on first.
Weekly group calls
Bring what you're working on. We figure out the next move together.
Feedback between calls
Send me your offer, your content, a sales message, your numbers. I'll tell you what I'd change.
Tools
Stuff I actually use to sell, run things, and track what's working. A lot of it is AI and automation now.
A private space
Ask questions whenever. You don't have to wait a week.
Someone who'll tell you no.
If something's a distraction, I'll say so. The decisions are still yours.
I've done this 1:1 for years. It works, it's expensive, and I can only take a few people at a time.
The Lab is the same work in a room. I kept it at $500 because I'd rather have ten people who show up every week with a real business than two who can afford the other version.
So that's who I'm looking for. You've built something. You're a little stuck. You'll actually do the thing we decide on.
If that's you, book the call. If you're not sure, book it anyway. Twenty minutes, no pitch.
The call doesn't sign you up for anything. We just talk.
Questions
Do I need a big audience?
No. Most people in here already have clients, a product, speaking, something people pay for. If you have a big audience and don't know what to sell them, that works too.
How does it work?
$500 a month, three months to start, then month to month.
How fast will I see results?
Depends what we're working on. Month one is mostly figuring out your business and what to fix first. I don't promise numbers.
What if I have a few offers already?
We look at what people actually buy, what it earns, what it costs you in time, and what you want. Then we pick. Your call.
Will you build it for me?
No. You do the work, I help you decide and tell you what I see. If you want it built, that's Launch Partner.
What happens on the call?
We talk about what you've built, what people already pay you for, and what's in the way. I'm picky about fit. No pressure either way.
